Rishi Raj is a law graduate and a licensed advocate with a strong passion for Social Impact Policy, Public Policy, and Governance. He has built a solid foundation in public administration and has actively engaged with government functionaries and policymakers to advocate for meaningful social change. Rishi holds a B.A LLB (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and a post graduation in Public Administration, both of which have equipped him with a deep understanding of the legal and administrative frameworks in India.

Rishi has gained diverse legal and policy experience through past assignments, where he demonstrated his commitment to public service and policy research:

Rishi Raj has been actively involved in various co-curricular activities that highlight his leadership, public speaking, and legal advocacy skills. He was felicitated by the then Governor and ex-Hon’ble President of India Shri. Ram Nath Kovind for the ‘Best Parliamentarian’ award at Patliputra Rashtriya Yuva Sansad.

In a lead consultant role for government affairs and public policy at SAVERA, Rishi is primarily responsible for shaping and influencing policies that impact people. Strategically, he crafts and execute advocacy plans to drive policy changes, build relationships with policymakers, and ensure the organization’s objectives align with governmental priorities. He also analyzes legislative trends and advocate for programs related to health, hygiene, livelihood, and consumer awareness to secure support and funding.

Abhishek Kushwaha is a committed leader focused on creating significant social impact and advancing environmental sustainability. With a background in law and extensive experience in CSR, project implementation, and strategic planning, Abhishek currently leads CSR and Project Strategy at SAVERA.

Abhishek co-founded a boutique law firm, MT Legal Team, where he consults NGOs & Social Impact organizations. His role involves advising them on governance, and legal challenges, forging strategic partnerships, and delivering customized solutions. His innovative approach and client-centric focus consistently drove successful outcomes, highlighting his ability to manage intricate legal scenarios while advancing social and business goals.

He has hands-on experience in managing large-scale environmental projects, where he led initiatives targeting climate change and urban beautification for HCL Foundation as an implementation partner with Ecochirp Foundation. His work involved the strategic planning and execution of projects that addressed ecological concerns while promoting sustainable development within communities.

With a background that also includes business development and international regulatory research, Abhishek’s diverse skill set makes him a versatile and resourceful leader. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Sustainability Management, further enriching his expertise in aligning business strategies with environmental and social objectives.

In his role at SAVERA, Abhishek is driving CSR initiatives and project strategies that are closely aligned with the organization’s mission to create lasting social and environmental change.
