Malnourished children and mothers, specifically targeting 20,000 individuals.
Objective: To rehabilitate malnourished children and mothers through nutritional support and health services.
Implementation:
Focus on providing essential nutrients and health education to improve dietary practices.
Collaboration with local health departments and community organizations to reach beneficiaries effectively.
Nutritional Support:
Distribution of fortified food and supplements to malnourished individuals.
Regular health check-ups and monitoring of growth and development in children.
Community Engagement:
Awareness campaigns conducted to educate families about nutrition and healthy eating habits.
Involvement of local health workers to facilitate outreach and support.
Impact:
Significant reduction in malnutrition rates among targeted population, contributing to improved health outcomes in mothers and children.
